Overview:
According to World Business Forum 2010 speaker and international bestselling author Vijay Govindarajan, innovation and future thinking are key elements required toward developing and maintaining a successful business.
In a global business landscape that is constantly shifting and evolving at an ever quickening pace, leaders need to think ahead and prepare for what’s coming rather than relying just on the same trusted strategies that have worked in the past. It is with this in mind that the concept of reverse innovation was developed.
Historically, multinationals innovated in rich countries and sold those products in poor countries. Reverse innovation is doing just the opposite – it is about innovating in poor countries and bringing those innovations to transform rich countries.
This online seminar will help you understand the concept of reverse innovation; discover its intricacies and gain insight into how to use reverse innovation to your benefit.
What You'll Learn:
- In-depth understanding of reverse innovation and its importance
- How multinationals can organize to excel in reverse innovation
- Keys to implementation
