Mark Johnson is chairman of Innosight, an innovation-based consulting and executive training firm focused on helping companies and institutions innovate for new growth and transformation. He co-founded the firm with Clayton Christensen.  Mark has led numerous consulting engagements within Fortune 500 companies in a broad range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, healthcare, commercial enterprise IT, oil and gas, aerospace/defense and government labs. Mark has co-authored The Innovator’s Guide to Growth (Harvard Business Press July 2008) with Innosight colleagues Scott Anthony and Joe Sinfield. 

Scott Anthony, presdient of Innosight, has worked with Fortune 500 and start-up companies in industries such as media (print and broadcast), consumer products, investment banking, transportation and logistics, health care, medical devices, software, petrochemicals and communications equipment. Scott is the co-author of The Innovator’s Guide to Growth (Harvard Business Press, July 2008) with Innosight colleagues Mark Johnson and Joe Sinfield and of Seeing What’s Next: Using the Theories of Innovation to Predict Industry Change with Clayton Christensen  (Harvard Business Press, 2004).
