A: No cancellations shall be allowed after confirmation of purchase.

Q: Will the webcast be available ON DEMAND?
A: Yes.  You may view the webcast unlimited times through July 1, 2011.

Q: How long will the webcast be available ON DEMAND?
A: The webcast will be available for viewing for one month from the date of the live event.

Q: Can I download the slides/presentation to my computer?
A. A selection (TBD) of the presentations will be available for download. 

Q: How many people can view the webcast at one time?
A: The webcast is for individual use only.  If you would like to share the webcast with a large group, please contact us to learn about video conference opportunities.

Q: How do I view the webcast?
A: You can log in anytime during the live event, June 7-8, 2011, 9 am - 6 pm, using the username and password provided after purchase.  You may watch the webcast from your computer upon logging in.

Q: Do I need to have a certain media player to view the webcast?
A: To view the webcast, all you need is internet access. 

Q: Will I receive instructions on how to view and log in to the webcast?
A: Yes.  You will receive an initial informational email providing instructions after purchasing the webcast.  You will receive supplemental reminder emails as we approach the live event.
